On 2021-07-13 02:22:46 UTC+7, we noticed an issue and swiftly contacted the data centre to find out what the problem was. After investigating, they advised us there was a faulty disk on the server and this needed to be replaced.

This was completely out of our control and as a result, we have had to reinstall everything again on the server after waiting for the disk to be replaced.

Today we have completed all the process of restoring all hosting accounts to the server. This took quite a while because we had a lot of hosting accounts that we had to restore one by one.

We apologize for this problem and our data center team continues to monitor all server activity.

As a form of apology, we provide a reduced renewal fee for affected services that we have automatically applied to your account. And also we provide promo codes (discounts) for new service orders which you can get by sending this request via tickets.
